Traveling to other cities, seeing other countries, experiencing cultures, spending time with people, trying foreign food – traveling brings with it many wonderful qualities. All in all, it’s a great enrichment. Every trip, no matter how much we enjoy the “external circumstances,” is also a journey inward, to ourselves. The people we spend time with or with whom we encounter conflicts. These people are always our reflection. They show us parts of our self-image. Every trip to foreign countries, foreign continents, is therefore always a journey to ourselves.
In reality, we don’t even have to travel the world to discover ourselves; it’s just so much more fun and exciting.
I, for one, love traveling; I’ve been to Italy, Norway, Israel, New Zealand, Peru, Ecuador, and many other countries. Every trip brings its own wealth of experience. Experiences for the body, mind, soul, and energy. I’ll report on these in detail in my newsletter.
